For the past 25 years I’ve been helping people buy and sell their homes and make smart decisions about how to get the most out of their investment. I’ve walked through thousands of properties, connected with hundreds of realtors, architects, designers, contractors and craftspeople and learned a great deal about how to breathe new life (and value) into a home. In fact, I spend just as much time helping my clients once they own their home as I did helping them find it.

Jim Jaeckels is a real estate expert, author, speaker and instructor who ranks in the top one percent of real estate agents nationwide and is a five-time winner of the Twin Cities’ Super Agent award for client satisfaction. 

After spending the first 18 years of his career in corporate marketing and sales, Jim decided to combine his talent at work with his passion for real estate and open his own business. Twenty-five years later, he’s still helping people realize their dream of home ownership, with a business built on understanding client needs and using the right strategies to help them reach their goals. 

Jim has been recognized with numerous awards and accolades, is affiliated with multiple professional associations and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Western Michigan University. Outside of the office, he’s extremely active in his community and loves to spend time with his family, race BMWs, travel the world and watch college football (Go Badgers!!!)
